Is their jambalaya recipe that good that they can charge for it. If so then I’m going go make a fortune for mine. Jambalaya is a lazzy mans gumbo. I say that in juest because some times you just don’t want to stand over the pot stirring and stirring and well you git the picture. Jambalaya can taste almost as good as gumbo if you take just a little bit of time to get the spices right.

I have taken to making my own spices because the pre-made ones are way to salty. I got lazzy on Gumbo last weekend and used a store bought cajun spice and almost couldn’t eat it because it was to salty.
