Jambalaya is one of those dishes that you can feed an army on and still have beer money left over. Unlike its big brother Gumbo that always breaks into my wallet. So with it being Turkey day put together a Turkey Jambalaya and feed the masses.

Now i don’t know about you but i would be hard pressed to pick a favorite anything. To pick a best jambalaya recipe would rank right up there with the rest of them. If it where me im not much on seafood so i would have to lean towards a Chicken and audouille type of recipe. It wasn’t all that long ago that i was competing for a best jambalaya recipe and came across a recipe that i modified to better fit my tastes and the way i cook. This recipe came for a guy named Bud Samples from Ga. It was one of those recipes that went like this, Throw every thing in the pot, cover and drink a 6 pack. Don’t open till you finsh the last beer.

Now that got my attention and i follow that mostly i deviate and open the pot once to stir.

Other than that i guess that it ranks up there as my best jambalaya recipe.

Now explain to me why you would pay for a Jambalaya Recipe? I say someone advertising “Free Jambalaya Recipes” and thought that was strange. Is their jambalaya recipe that good that they can charge for it. If so then I’m going go make a fortune for mine. Jambalaya is a lazzy mans gumbo. I say that in juest because some times you just don’t want to stand over the pot stirring and stirring and well you git the picture. Jambalaya can taste almost as good as gumbo if you take just a little bit of time to get the spices right.

I have taken to making my own spices because the pre-made ones are way to salty. I got lazzy on Gumbo last weekend and used a store bought cajun spice and almost couldn’t eat it because it was to salty.

Free jambalaya Recipes for sale what a crock. You can have all of my jambalaya recipes here for free. Hell you can even reprint them on your site as long as you give me credit and a link back.
