Its that time of year again kids when Jambalaya rains supreme in the house hold. Foot ball and lots of friend coming by for the holidays. Jambalaya is one of those dishes that you can feed an army on and still have beer money left over. Unlike its big brother Gumbo that always breaks into my wallet. So with it being Turkey day put together a Turkey Jambalaya and feed the masses.
